什么是“杀猪盘”？警惕虚拟币陷阱

当时，罗艺就在该网络平台炒币。根据客服的推荐，她关注了一个名为“链通世界”的微信公众号，并加入了微信群。里面不但可以和炒币者交流经验，还有直播“讲师”分析点评。听了一个星期的课，罗艺觉得公众号里的“讲师”讲的很准。听课过程中，“讲师”向群里的炒币者推荐了一个虚拟币交易平台，称在这个平台手续费低，自己已经用了五年，比较安全。

通过受害人与犯罪分子之间的各种信息，专案组民警借助科技侦查手段，对这些信息进行逐一梳理，历时两个多月，最终锁定本案犯罪嫌疑人就藏身在广东省中山市。从海量线索中，警方筛查出一名犯罪嫌疑人，再以此人为突破口，最终锁定了该涉嫌诈骗团伙窝点。

民警现场缴获了180多部手机，6台笔记本电脑，掌握了该团伙作案的全部电子证据。截止目前，警方已经核实该团伙作案8起，涉案价值共有180多万元。此案，浔阳警方还在进一步侦办当中。

据犯罪嫌疑人供述，其实，在整个诈骗过程中，他们需要亲力亲为的事并不多，很多事都有人提供服务和外包。除了作案用的银行卡、电话卡、微信号可以购买之外，受害人的信息也被人以九毛钱一条的价格在网络上出卖；联系受害人还可以外包给专门的电销团队；虚假交易软件有人负责制作；专业“讲师”花重金就能为你所用。

 “黑灰产业链”上的这些人有的是涉嫌诈骗的共犯，有的涉嫌帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪。目前，浔阳警方已经展开对为该涉嫌诈骗团伙提供帮助的违法犯罪人员的打击行动。那么，既然诈骗团伙有这么多的帮凶，为什么自身还需要十多个成员呢？作为报案人的罗艺，她怎么也不会想到，她加入的那个炒虚拟币的微信群，里面除了她之外，其他都是犯罪嫌疑人或者是嫌疑人的帮凶。
