跟大家说声对不起。最近这一阵一直在偷懒，文章也基本没怎么写了。
Tell everyone I'm sorry. I've been lazy for a while, and it's barely written.
原因有两个，一是年底了，要去参加各种活动。加上P2P行业目前都在整顿，一时半会也没有什么新花样能出来，会显得很平淡。

二是去虚拟货币里体验了一把。

从12月25号开始入场，到现在15天。算是把整个流程给弄明白了。

首先，我必须强调的是，币圈是个博傻的地方，不要有什么技术信仰，有什么分析逻辑。

大部分人都是看着比特币从9月的两万涨到12月的15万，然后就疯了一样的进场。
Most people watched Bitcoin rise from 20,000 in September to 150,000 in December and then went crazy.
虽然现在比特币已经回到了10万左右，但三个月，翻5倍。
Although Bitcoin has now returned to around 100,000, it has increased by five times over three months.
嗯，确实是刑法里没写的暴利生意。
Well, it's a business that's not in criminal law.
于是，越来越多的韭菜进场了。

首先我给自己定了明确的目标，开始投的时候，就当这些钱丢了。
First, I set myself a clear target, and when I started voting, it was when the money was lost.
如果赚了，那就当做中彩票了。

如果亏了，那也就认了。
If there's a loss, then admit it.
我玩这个的方式跟大多数人也不一样。
I play this the same way most people do.
大多数人是开始先去平台交易下货币，然后如果能赚点或者亏点，然后乐此不疲的每天盯盘去操作。
Most people start trading with the platform for money and then, if they can make a profit or lose a profit, then they do it every day.
而我接触这个的时候，是看到一个朋友推荐的一个白皮书，是花椒的什么团队做的一个区块链技术，发行的币种叫SHOW，当时正在进行ICO。
And when I came into contact with this, I saw a white paper proposed by a friend, a block chain technology that was made by a paprika team, and issued a currency called SHOW, which was in the process of being ICO.
先说下这朋友，他算是币圈的一个老人了。用他自己的话说，他混这个圈子都三年了，基本上核心的那帮大佬他都能接触到。所以他拿的项目，应该还是不错的。

什么叫ICO呢？其实就等于国内的寻找风投一样，但是他的回报不是股权的回报，而是他所发行的代币。
What's ICO? It's like a domestic lookout, but his reward is not the return of equity, but the token he issues.
而这代币，如果能够上到某个交易市场，就可以进行买卖的交易了。
And this token, if it is able to reach a particular trading market, can be traded and traded.
基本上，这些白皮书都会写一些特别牛逼的区块链技术，然后能够解决行业里的什么什么问题。
Essentially, these white papers will write special block chain techniques and then solve what problems are in the industry.
再就把他一堆所谓很牛逼的创始人的简历给你看。

例如这样：
注意！谁给这个项目做顾问，或者谁给他做了早期的风投，这个很重要！
Attention! It's important who's consulting this project or who's giving him an early lookout!
因为只有牛逼的顾问和牛逼的风投基金，才能够给这个代币带来高溢价。
can bring a high premium on this token only if it's a good consultant and a bad wind fund.
如果再牛逼一点的项目，就会告诉大家，他大概在哪个时间会上哪个交易所。
If you push the project a little bit harder, you'll tell us when he'll probably be on the other exchange.
明确上交易所这个事情非常重要，因为只有在那时候，那些代币才能够兑现。
It was important to have a clear exchange, because only then could those tokens be cashed.
所以，选择ICO项目的核心。其实不是项目本身，也不是技术本身。而是：谁风投、谁站台（顾问）、谁出货（上哪个交易所）。
So, the heart of the ICO project is chosen. It's not the project itself, it's not the technology itself. It's: who strongs, who stands (consultants), who delivers.
但到了现在这个人人都去抢这种项目的时候，那么作为韭菜，你根本是拿不到这种好的项目了。
But now that everyone's trying to rob a project like this, you won't be able to get a good project like this as a pickle.
之前出来的IOS和铂链的项目，基本上都没有多少人能拿到额度，因为已经被机构包场了。
None of the IOS and platinum projects that came out earlier had much access to them, as they had been contracted out by the agency.
这等于什么呢？
What does that mean?
就等于某个公司要上市了，然后一群人给他做市，然后开盘后高价出局，等着市场里的庄家和韭菜来玩。
A company is about to be listed, then a group of people marketed it for him and then offered it a high price after opening it, waiting for the dealers and pickles in the market to play.
如果你真走了狗屎运，遇到个这种项目，还有人给你份额。
If you really go shit lucky, meet a project like this and someone gives you a share.
那么问题来了，你怎么去投呢？
So the question is, how are you going to vote?
要知道，ICO项目是不接受法币的（也就是人民币啊美金啊什么的），你只能用其他代币来投。
You know, the ICO project doesn't accept French coins (i.e. renminbi, dollars or anything), and you can only throw in other tokens.
我们把市面上目前最主流的三种代币，叫做主流货币。
We call the three most dominant currencies on the market, the mainstream currency.
他们分别是BTC（比特币）、ETH（以太坊）、EOS（我也不知道这个中文叫啥）。
They are BTC (bitcoin), ETH (Etheria) and EOS (I don't know what it is in Chinese).
BTC因为太贵了，动不动10万一个，所以作为基础货币不太合适。
BTC is not an appropriate base currency because it is too expensive to move 100,000.
所以市面上主流投资ICO项目的代币，都是ETH。
So the mainstream investment in ICO projects on the market is ETH.
我从12月25号第一天投这个项目，当时买的ETH我记得是场外价格5200。
I started this project on the first day of December 25, when I bought ETH at an off-site price of 5,200.
到了今天1月10号，现在的ETH价格是10500。
By 10 January today, the price of ETH is now 10,500.
这TM的就意味着，15天前如果你买了这个，到现在也直接翻倍了。
This fucking means that if you bought this 15 days ago, you've doubled it now.
而一般人，其实也不知道去哪买这些代币，因为大部分交易所都不接受法币充值。
The general population, however, does not know where to buy these coins, as most exchanges do not accept French currency charges.
所以，你得找到能够买代币的地方。
So you have to find a place where you can buy a token.
一般买这玩意的途径有三种：
There are usually three ways to buy this:
一、场外个人交易
I. Off-site personal transactions
也就是找认识的，有代币的人去买。你们双方谈好价格，然后他把币给你。
That is to find someone who knows him, who buys his tokens. You both agree on the price, and then he gives you the coin.
二、场外机构交易
II. Off-site institutional transactions
目前有为数不多的几家交易平台，提供了在平台上法币购买代币的服务。但他也不是自己去卖这个，而是让那些卖家上去发布信息，挂出多少钱去卖。在挂出的同时，他会锁定卖家充值到平台账户的那些货币。然后，在买家给卖家支付宝、微信、银行卡转账确认后。就把锁定的代币转到你的账户上。本文首发于微信公众号：老七玩金融
There are currently a few trading platforms that provide services for the purchase of tokens in French on the platform. He does not sell this on his own. Instead, he sends the sellers to publish information and hangs out how much they want to sell. At the same time, he locks in the money that the seller charged to the platform account. 三、场内机构交易
III. INTERNAL INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS
有些大平台为了解决场外资金入场的问题。在平台上设置了自己的货币，这个货币可以作为一个中介，去兑换其他的代币。
Some large platforms are designed to solve the problem of off-site access. The platform has its own currency, which can be used as an intermediary to exchange other tokens.
那么你可以用法币充值，去购买这些平台自己的货币，然后再拿这些货币，去兑换代币。
So you can use the French currency to charge it to buy the platform's own currency and then take the money and exchange it for a token.
好不容易买到ETH了。别高兴，你还得去把代币去转给代投的项目方。在现在这个神经病的行情下，这种项目一般你自己是没有单独的投资资格的。所以你得找到帮忙代投的一个上家。
It's not easy to buy ETH. Don't be happy, you have to transfer the tokens to the protagonists. In this case, you don't normally have a separate investment qualification. So you have to find a superior who can help you.
这种上家一般会有一些份额，然后他拿到后，分给这些跟着他投的韭菜们。让韭菜们准备代币充值到他的账户，通过他的账户一次性投到项目方。
This upper house usually has a share, and when he gets it, he gives it to the pickles that follow him. Let the pickles prepare the tokens to be charged to his account and to be thrown to the project side one at a time through his account.
一般这种代投的上家，会收取5%左右的服务费。（据说有些些好的项目，要收50%的服务费。）服务费会在项目方发布代币的时候直接扣取下来。比如：1ETH=100000代币，那么他回头给你转95000代币。
Services are usually charged at about 5% (some good projects are said to charge 50% of the service fee). The service fee is deducted directly when the project party issues a token. For example: 1ETH = 100,000 yen, then he returns to you for 95,000 yen.
在参与这类项目的时候，我还遇到了一个骗人的上家。拿了一批据说比较牛逼的项目，额度又比别人好。然后几十号人几百个ETH就跟着他去投了。我在的某个群也有人带着去投，我也跟投了点。等投完这几十号人发现不对，这个人我们好像也没见过，怎么就把这几百万给他了呢？于是这才反应过来约他去见面。结果说好见面的当天，那上家删掉所有人微信，把项目群解散。人跑了。
When I was involved in a project of this kind, I met a con man whose size was said to be better than anyone else. Then dozens followed him and hundreds of ETHs followed him. I also voted with someone in one of my groups. When this man was wrong, we didn't seem to have seen him, how could we give him the millions? So this was the reaction to asking him to meet. On the day of the meeting, the family removed the message from everyone, and the project was dispersed.
原来他所有的项目，都只有个白皮书，真正的项目额度他是没拿到的。
Turns out he had only a white paper on all his projects, and he didn't get the real amount.
最戏剧性的是，最后通过这群人的什么关系，不知道怎么就抓到这上家的把柄了。然后那上家认怂了，又开始退币了。
And the most dramatic thing was that, finally, through what these people had to do, they somehow caught up with the family. And then the family took over and started repossessing the money again.
如果我真因为这被骗了。我真觉得是我被收了智商税了。
If I'm being lied to, I really feel like I'm being taxed.
但实际上币圈就是这样，很多人之间都只是通过网络认识。相互之间的信任基础很容易建立。而圈里的人，都把信任看着比生命还重要。因为整个代币的发行过程中，如果没有信任，那什么都干不了。
But in practice, that's how the currency rings are, and many people just know each other online. It's easy to build a foundation of trust between them. And the people in the circle look at trust as more important than life. Because the whole money is issued without trust, there's nothing that can be done.
早期的项目发行，多少都有点CX（传销）的性质。某某项目发行拉，推荐一个人来电报群或者注册什么的，就发糖果（也就是代币）拉。
An early project is a bit of a CX (distribution) issue.
某些机构为了证明自己的CX力量够强大，在项目方的要求下，会迅速组建一个500人的微信群，然后拉项目方人进来看。
In order to prove that their CX is strong enough, some agencies, at the request of the project side, quickly form a micro-strategy of 500 people and then bring in the project participants.
你看，我牛逼吧！15分钟就搞定500人的群，份额给我，我肯定帮你把项目推广的风生水起。
You see, I'm fucking with 500 people in 15 minutes. Give me a share. I'm sure I'll help you with the project.
哦，对了，这还有个问题，你怎么去保留这些货币呢？市面上有一些专门的钱包，就是提供货币存储服务的。像ETH的钱包基本都用imtoken。（BTC的钱包我还没研究，因为实在买不起，10多万一个）。
Oh, yes, there's another question. How do you keep the money? There's some special wallets on the market that provide money storage services. The ETH wallets are basically imtoken. (BTC wallets I haven't studied, because they can't be bought.)
imtoken这个傻逼软件，安卓可以直接在系统里下载。而IOS在国内是下载不了的。所以如果你是苹果手机，还得通过一个叫PP助手的软件，去下载这个软件。否则你就只能去买个国外的ID来登录你的ipohne。
If you're an apple phone, you're going to have to download it through a software called a PP assistant. Otherwise you're going to buy a foreign ID to log in to your iphne.
下载注册后，你会有一个独一无二的收款码。类似这样：
If you download the register, you'll have a unique collection code. Like this:

上面那一串地址，就是你的收款地址。
That's your collection address.
你需要从你购买代币的平台去提现，然后提现到这个地址。
You need to cash it from the platform where you buy the tokens and then present it to this address.
注意，如果你把BTC提到这个地址，大概那笔BTC就永远消失了。
Note that if you bring the BTC to this address, the BTC will probably disappear forever.
提现到自己的钱包后，你再通过钱包的转账功能，把你的代币转给帮你代投的上家。然后等项目上交易所，他会把拿到的货币，再充值回你这个钱包。
And when you get to your wallet, you transfer your tokens to your successor. And when the project is on the exchange, he'll revalue the money he's got back to your wallet.
辛辛苦苦弄到这里，终于你也是有代币的人了！
It's hard to get here, and you're finally a token man!
别急，这个时候，你得找到那个货币上的交易所，再把货币充值过去，然后再开始买卖交易。
Now, don't worry, at this point, you'll have to find the exchange on that currency, then you'll have to charge it over and then you'll start buying and selling.
一般交易所基本上通用中介货币，也是我说的那三个货币。BTC、ETH、EOS。

在早一点时间行情好的时候，有些不知道什么鬼的项目，上交易所后就开始5倍10倍的涨。

所以这个圈里有一句话叫做：涨跌50%那叫震荡。
So there's a saying in this circle: 50% up and down that's a shock.
大部分新项目，上市的时候，曲线都是这样的：

前期高抛以后，然后就没有什么波动了。
After the upswing, there will be no fluctuations.
再要涨，就得看庄家的心情了。
If we're going to go up, we're going to have to look at the bank's mood.
据说，李笑来自己交易平台上的代币，他说涨就可以涨，他说跌就可以跌。
Li was said to laugh at the tokens on his trading platform, saying that he could go up and he could go down.
但在行情好的时候，只要是个项目，能上交易所，就能够涨。哪怕就是个PPT，他也能涨。
But when it's good, if it's a project and it's on the exchange, it goes up. Even if it's a PPT, it goes up.
但最近的情况是，好的项目散户基本上每份了。真到你这，都是一些垃圾到不行的项目，然后去给发行方送钱。然后一发行的时候就破发行价。
But the recent situation is that good projects have been distributed almost everywhere. You've got a lot of crap to do with them, and then you send money to the distributor. And then you break the distribution price when it comes out.
因为这个跟股市不一样，项目方根本不用关心自己的项目是涨还是跌，他已经套现几个亿走人了。谁管你项目涨跌呢？说不定白皮书上的那些人，都是虚构的。
Because it's not like the stock market, the project doesn't have to worry about whether it's going up or down. He's already got hundreds of millions of people out there. Who cares if you're going up or down?
就真有一些是实在项目的，写的用每年50%的利润回购代币。
It is true that there are real projects, which are written 50 per cent of annual profits to buy in exchange.
你TM的算盘真打的好。代币如果涨了，发行3亿市值的代币，你一年利润几百万，每年只够回购一点点。。代币跌了，最好跌成300万市值，那我回购50%也就只需要150万。纯赚2个多亿！
Your fucking calculations are really good. If the token goes up, you issue 300 million dollars worth of money, you make a few millions a year, and you buy back a little bit a year. The token goes down, it's better to fall to 3 million, and I buy back only 1.5 million. It's more than two billion dollars a year.
而广大投资人，也不关注这个项目到底是不是真的能不能落地，只要能参与ICO，先上了再说。
And the vast number of investors are not concerned about whether the project will actually land, as long as it is able to participate in the ICO.
上了交易所，不是还有散户撑着么？
It's on the exchange. It's still open, isn't it?
前面说完一级市场（什么鬼，传销币也叫一级市场）
Let's talk about the first level of the market.
然后说说二级市场。
Then we'll talk about the secondary market.
二级市场也就是市面比较大的那些交易所。
Second-tier markets are those with larger markets.
因为规模大，所以交易量大，目前市面上最大的交易所，一天的交易量折合是100亿美金。按他每次交易收万五计算。这个交易所一天的纯收入是500万美金。一个月就是1.5亿美金收入。
Because of its size, the volume of transactions is so large that the largest exchange on the market today is the equivalent of $10 billion a day. Based on the sum of $15,000 per transaction, the net income of the exchange is $5 million a day, and $150 million a month.
所以我看完后第一反应是，等老子出名了，我也弄个交易所。
So my first reaction after reading is, when I'm famous, I make an exchange.
在这个市场里，大概真正去看项目的人不到1%，那99%都是来赌博来找人接盘的。当然，就是不知道谁接谁的盘了。
In this market, less than 1 per cent of the people actually go to the project, and 99 per cent of them come to gamble to get their plates. Of course, they don't know who's picking them up.
但你还不能不承认，确实有些人赌博还真赌对了。有个人投了某个项目200ETH。在开盘拉升的过程中卖出。直接翻了20倍。
But you can't admit that some people are right to gamble. There's a guy who throws a project 200 ETH. Sells it in the open. 20 times.
然后第二天就去提了辆路虎。
Then the next day, a road tiger was mentioned.
你还千万别以为这里面玩的都是这种屌丝。你看，今天真格基金的徐小平也发表文章要参与进来赌博了。
还有人人网、奇虎360、中网在线、迅雷、游久游戏等等等等，都说自己参与了区块链技术。
There are also networks of people, Kihoo 360, Midnet Online, Thunder, Play-Long Game, etc., who say they are involved in block chain technology.
只要一说这个，股价立刻涨。中网在线发布参与区块链技术的时候，股价当天直接涨了170%。
If you say so, the stock price rises immediately. When the participating block chain technology is posted online, the share price rises by 170 per cent on the same day.
哦。对了，这行业还有很多奇奇怪怪的职业。
Oh, by the way, there's a lot of weird jobs in this industry.
因为那些所谓的基础货币，很多都是挖矿挖出来的。所以会有个职业叫矿主。他们会找一些小地方的电站，然后带着矿机去那边购买电力去挖矿，然后挖出来的币等合适的价格去卖钱。
Because of the so-called base money, much of it is digged out. So there's a profession called miner. They'll find power stations in small places, then they'll go over there with a mine machine to buy the power to dig, and then they'll dig up the money to sell the money at the right price.
矿机大概是个什么玩意呢？大概就是一个高性能的显卡带个电源组装的盒子。原来一块1000的显卡因为挖矿火热现在卖到3000多。而且市面上基本都没货。
What kind of thing is a miner? It's probably a high-performance card with a power-assembled box. The original 1,000 card is now sold to more than 3,000 people because of the mining heat. And there's almost nothing on the market.
所以为嘛最近这帮玩游戏的都高呼，狗日的显卡都要买不起了。
That's why these games are so loud, they can't even afford a fucking card.
据说一个BTC的矿机，已经从11000炒到了30000。如果按11000的原价算，挖BTC大概50天就能回本。
A BTC miner is said to have been fired from 11,000 to 30,000.
再比如搬砖的。
Like a brick mover.
他们从英国的交易市场用美金去购买BTC或者ETH，然后搬到韩国交易市场去卖掉，换成韩币。再兑换成美金去英国继续搬砖。
They buy BTC or ETH in United States dollars from the British trading market and then move to the South Korean trading market and sell it in Korean currency. Convert it to United States dollars to continue moving bricks in the United Kingdom.
因为两边平台的币价，大概差距20%左右。比如一个BTC现在在韩国折合人民币的价格是130000，而在英国，只要88000。
Because of the price of the two platforms, the difference is about 20 per cent. For example, a BTC now equals 130,000 yuan in South Korea, and 88,000 in the United Kingdom.
一趟来回，中间除去费率，手续费，也能赚10%左右。
On a round trip, about 10 per cent of the fees are paid out of the rates and fees.
新手在参与虚拟货币的过程中，会特别焦虑，看着别人动不动十倍百倍，而自己来来回回都是亏损。想想都心里不平衡。

最起码我在参与的中间几天，看着ETH天天涨，而自己拿到的代币天天跌，确实会觉得自己是个傻逼。

我要提醒下大家的是，2017年9月4日中国文件下达后，很多山寨币的价值直接变成0。很多这种项目方都跑路。
I'd like to remind you that after the issuance of the Chinese document on 4 September 2017, a lot of the value of the mountain coins went straight to zero. Many of these projects run.
就包括现在留下来的很多代币，其实项目方早就不知道去哪了。只不过是有几个庄家在轮番炒割韭菜而已。
The strong includes many of the tokens that are left, but the project has long been missing. It's just a bunch of estates cutting vegetables.
