【TechWeb】8月3日消息，日前，2020区块链技术和应用峰会发布了《区块链应用案例集》、《区块链系统测试要求》、《区块链电子合同存证应用指南》等区块链系列标准化成果。
On 3 August [TechWeb], the 2020 Block Chain Technology and Application Summit released the results of the standardized series of blocks chain series, such as the Block Chain Application Casebook, the Block Chain System Testing Requirements, and the Block Chain Electronic Contract Recording Application Guide.
其中，由京东数科牵头起草的《区块链电子合同存证应用指南》(以下简称《指南》)也在大会期间正式发布。《指南》明确了电子合同存证应用在隐私保护、合规、有效、可追溯、安全方面的一般原则，对存证数据的形式、内容，以及电子合同存证数据的上链、取证等关键技术过程，也进行了详尽表述。同时，对于电子合同区块链存证如何与互联网法院审判联动、与公证处赋强公证联动等，也提供了司法延伸服务的构建模型。
Of these, the Guide for the Application of Electronic Block Chain Contracts (hereinafter referred to as " the Guide " ), which was prepared under the leadership of the Kyoto East Digital Section, was also officially released during the Congress. The Guide identifies general principles for the application of electronic contract certificates to privacy protection, compliance, validity, traceability, security, as well as a detailed description of the form, content and key technical processes such as the upper chain of electronic contract documents and evidence collection.
《指南》主要起草人之一、京东数字科技集团技术产品部区块链产品负责人翟欣磊表示，该标准的发布将为电子合同领域区块链技术规范应用提供重要实施参考，加速推动各产业领域合同签约场景的数字化转型。
Xin Xin Xin, one of the main drafters of the Guide and head of the technical block chain product of the Tokyo Digital Science and Technology Group, stated that the publication of the standard would provide an important implementation reference for the application of block chain technical specifications in the area of electronic contracts and accelerate the digital transformation of the contracting scene in various industrial areas.
据统计，完成一份双方签署的纸质合同成本约为25元，除了成本高，还低效、费时，且易造假，难防伪，“萝卜章”事件屡有发生。而子合同的应用将大大减低市场主体的签约成本，提升效率。但其合规安全、司法认可性成为企业等签约主体最为关注的问题。
