Just yesterday (21), according to sources quoted in Bloomberg, Standard Chartered, a multinational bank, which is setting up a trading platform between Bitcoin and Etheria, will make it one of the first international banking giants to be involved in off-the-shelf transactions with encrypted currencies.

According to Bloomberg, the newly established secure currency trading platform of the Chartered Bank will be attached to the truncheon foreign exchange trading sector and may become operational in London in the short term.

According to Bloomberg, banks like Goldman Sachs have been trading encrypted money derivatives for many years, but strict regulatory requirements have prevented the banking sector from directly trading basic assets. The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS), the global banking regulator, has also recommended that banks be required to &ldquao; that risk weights of 1 250% & rdquao be used for any unopposed encrypted currency; this makes it difficult for banks to make a profit.

据了解，渣打银行近年来正积极发展加密货币业务，目前持有两家加密货币公司的股份，分别是提供托管和场外交易服务的Zodia Custody和Zodia Markets。
It is understood that the Chartered Bank has been actively developing its crypto-currency business in recent years and currently holds shares in two crypto-currency companies, Zodia Custery and Zodia Markets, respectively, which provide hosting and off-site trading services.
