四川省2024年全國知識產權宣傳周版權宣傳活動以“開啟版權保護新篇章 助力民間文藝新發展”為主題，圍繞民間文藝版權保護、版權示范和版權授權交易三大重點工作，以線上線下聯動方式開展。
In 2024, Sichuan Province launched its weekly copyright campaign under the theme “Opening copyright to protect a new chapter, contributing to the new development of the arts and culture” around the three main points of civil rights protection, copyright demonstration and copyright licensing transactions, in an online and offline way.
四川省版權交易平台聯盟按照“政府支持、市場主導、企業主體、聯盟支撐”的原則，團結省內從事游戲、音樂、圖片、短視頻、文學作品版權交易中介服務機構，搭建集成區塊鏈技術服務的版權交易聯盟平台，為四川省版權內容提供從版權登記、數據存証、出版發行、維權保護到交易轉化的全生命周期一站式綜合服務，以建立全面、嚴謹、系統的版權交易技術標准和交易規范。該聯盟首批發起單位包括四川數字出版傳媒有限公司、四川數字世界文化科技有限公司、咪咕音樂有限公司、成都知識產權交易中心有限公司、成都國際版權交易中心、成都光廠創意科技有限公司、四川字符宇宙文化傳播有限公司等。
In line with the principles of government support, market ownership, corporate ownership, and coalition support, Sichuan Copyright Trading Platforms (STPs) have joined forces in the province to set up a copyright trading alliance for integrated sector chain technology services, based on the principles of “government support, market ownership, corporate ownership, coalition support” to create comprehensive, rigorous, system-wide licensing and trading technology standards. The first STPs include Sichuan Digital Publishing Media Ltd., Sichuan Digital World Cultural Science and Technology Ltd., Micaw Music Co. Ltd., Chengdu Intellectual Property Trading Center Ltd., International Rights Trading Center, SKTC Ltd., and SWIC.
國家版權創新發展基地（四川天府新區）區塊鏈版權創新發展中心是四川天府新區管理委員會重點支持平台，由四川天府新區聯合四川數字出版傳媒打造。中心由國家版權創新發展基地區塊鏈版權服務平台提供版權登記、區塊鏈數字版權服務、網絡游戲出版三大服務板塊。（四川日報全媒體記者肖姍姍）
The National Copyright Development Base (NSD) is a new Sichuan District Board of Directors of the Sichuan Capital, which has been set up by the Sichuan District Union of Sichuan Digital Publishing Media. The Center is run by the National Copyrights New Development Base (NSD) Network, which provides rights logs, chain digital rights services, and Internet games that publish three service lines.
