最近又一位币圈大佬被逮捕，他就是加密货币交易所FTX的创始人萨姆·班克曼-弗里德！
Recently, another ringer was arrested, Sam Bankman-Frid, founder of the FTX of the crypto-currency exchange!

12月13日，据媒体报道，弗里德在巴哈马被捕，此前他受到了美国检察官的刑事指控。
On 13 December, according to media reports, Frieder was arrested in The Bahamas after having been charged with a criminal offence by the United States prosecutor.
报道称，巴哈马总检察长办公室表示，在收到对弗里德指控的正式确认后，他们开始逮捕他。并补充说，预计他将被引渡到美国。
It was reported that the Attorney-General's Office of the Bahamas had indicated that, upon receipt of the official confirmation of the charges against Frieder, they had begun arresting him, adding that he was expected to be extradited to the United States.

In a 13-page criminal indictment by the United States Government, Frieder was charged with eight counts, including telecommunications fraud against clients and lenders, as well as conspiracy to defraud the United States Government and violation of campaign finance laws.

The United States Government is even more accused of having committed one of the largest cases of financial fraud in the history of the United States.

With capital build-up, Fried's FTX, an encrypted currency exchange, was established in May 2019, and seed rotation financing was completed in August, raising $8 million.

In July 2021, FTX completed $900 million in B rounds with an estimated value of $18 billion. In October of the same year, FTX completed more than $420 million in B-1 rounds with an estimated value of $25 billion.
FTX的最后一轮融资，是在今年1月的C轮融资，获得4亿美元，估值达到惊人的320亿美元。
The last round of FTX financing was in January this year's C-round financing, with $400 million and an alarming valuation of $32 billion.

Fried has thus joined the billionaires of the United States, with his share of FTX, combined with the value of Alameida, with a total asset of about $26 billion, one of the richest people in the crypto-money industry.

320亿美元的帝国，一夜崩盘
在FTX风生水起之后，弗里德也开始飘了起来。

In search of a safe haven, Frieder moved the company’s headquarters to the Bahamas, claiming to invest $60 million in building the headquarters building, and spent $30 million on buying a mansion. He's always paying a lot of money, being flattered and envied everywhere.
可没想到，2022年11月一条关于FTX资金流动性不足的传言，将弗里德和他的加密帝国彻底击垮。

Frieder has been captured, but only by the giants of the currency ring, one of many tragedies. There are cases of wanted, mysterious, and even strange deaths around the world.
加密货币从来都只是一个骗人的生意，科小编在之前的《溺死、坠机、猝死！割韭菜的币圈大佬们，没机会享受人生》就曾写过，加密货币本身没有任何价值，当那些玩家们不再认可时，它甚至不及一块垫桌用的木头。
