2016年9月23日,IBM与中国银联预演“使用区块链技术的跨行积分兑换系统”,该系统允许跨行、跨平台兑换奖励积分,消费者在一家银行的积分,可以兑换其他银行的积分奖励,甚至兑换多个航空公司里程以及超市奖励,该系统可以大幅提高银行积分的使用效率。以积分兑换为例,传统的,消费者兑换积分之后取走商品,但商户需要在银行证明用户积分、结算之后才能最终完成交易。而区块链可以把所有的信用完美地链接起来,原来依赖第三方实现的信任过程、成本都可以去掉,交易即结算。

On September 23, 2016, IBM and the China Monetary Federation pre-screened a “cross-line credit exchange system using block chain technology”, which allows for cross-line and cross-platform exchange of credits, while consumers' points in one bank can be exchanged for other banks’ credits, and even multiple airline miles and supermarket incentives, which can significantly improve the efficiency of bank credit use. In the case of credit exchange, traditional, consumer exchange credits take away goods, but traders need to prove user credits and settle the transaction.

蚂蚁金服区块链技术即将上线,首先应用于支付宝。2016年7月9日下午,在杭州举办的首届全球XIN 公益大会上,蚂蚁金服在“互联网公益”分论坛上表示区块链技术即将上线,并会首先应用于支付宝的爱心捐赠平台。

At the first Global XIN Public Interest Conference, held in Hangzhou on the afternoon of 9 July 2016, the ants gold at the “Internet Public Interest” sub-forum indicated that the block chain technology was about to be online and that it should be used first and foremost to pay for the treasure’s love donation platform.

2017年初,中国人民银行推动的基于区块链的数字票据交易平台测试成功,随后,央行旗下的数字货币研究所也将正式挂牌。中国人民银行成为首个研究数字货币及真实应用的中央银行。央行区块链数字票据交易平台引入数字货币进行结算,可实现数字票据交易的资金流和信息流同步转移,从而实现DVP票款对付结算;同时通过区块链数字身份方案解决了不同金融机构间对用户重复KYC认证的问题等。

The Bank of China became the first central bank to study digital money and its real applications. The Central Bank’s block chain digital instrument trading platform introduced a digital currency to settle, enabling the simultaneous transfer of funds and information flows for digital paper transactions, and thus the DVP ticket against the settlement; and, through the block chain digital identity programme, resolving the problem of duplicates of KYC certification among users among different financial institutions.

在2016年9月23日-24日举行的区块链国际峰会上,微众银行副行长兼首席信息官马智涛透露,微众银行与华瑞银行联合开发了一套区块链应用系统,可用于两家银行微粒贷联合贷款的结算、清算,该系统已在9月投入试运行。引入区块链系统后,由于所有信息都记录在区块链网络上,而且无法篡改,交易过程伴随清算过程,可以完成实时清算。

At the International Summit on the Block Chain, held from 23 to 24 September 2016, the Vice-President and Chief Information Officer of Microbanks, Ma Zhitao, revealed that Microbanks and Wally Bank had jointly developed a block chain application system that could be used for the settlement and liquidation of joint lending by two banks on granular loans, which had been tested in September. With the introduction of the block chain system, all information was recorded on the block chain network and could not be tampered with, the transaction process was accompanied by the liquidation process, allowing for real-time liquidation.

医疗行业里包括病历在内的许多病人信息都极具隐私性,并且需要进行一定的阅读权限保护,区块链可通过代码的开源和非开源结合联盟链、共有链、私有链的选择来保护病人隐私,同时生成基于区块链的电子病历、检验报告等,对于解决医疗纠纷是很好的存证。Hashed Health于2016年成立了一个医疗区块链联盟,旨在刺激美国医疗公司对区块链技术的兴趣。而这只是众多区块链医疗应用之一,从Capital One到美国食品药品监管局都对区块链非常感兴趣,目前正在测试相关案例。

Many patient information in the medical industry, including medical records, is extremely private and requires certain reading rights protection. Block chains can protect patient privacy through open-source and non-open-source union chains, shared-chains, private-chain choices, etc., while generating electronic medical records based on block-chains, test reports, etc., is well documented in the resolution of medical disputes. Hasshed Health set up a medical block chain alliance in 2016, designed to stimulate interest in block-chain technology by US medical companies. This is only one of many block-chain medical applications, from Capital One to the US Food and Drug Regulatory Authority, which is very interested in block-links, and is currently testing relevant cases.

2017年5月16日,百度金融与佰仟租赁、华能信托等在内的合作方联合发行国内首单区块链技术支持的ABS项目,发行规模达4.24亿元。此项目为个人消费汽车租赁债权私募ABS,这也是国内首单以区块链技术作为底层技术支持,实现ABS“真资产”的项目。在该项目中,区块链主要使用了去中心化存储、非对称秘钥、共识算法等技术,具有去中介信任、防篡改、交易可追溯等特性。

On the military side, the military Estonian security software company Guardtime has been awarded a contract from the Estonian Ministry of Defence and NATO for the development of a next-generation system using technology, including block chains, to modernize the NATO Cyber Range defence platform.

Toyota joins the R3 coalition, using block-chain technology to track car parts and components. The online distribution books make it easier for participants to track the ownership of an asset, which can be used to track car parts and components across countries and regions.

英国政府科学办公室于2016年1月发布报告《分布式账本技术:超越区块链》,揭示出英国已将区块链政府建设提升到了国家战略高度。6月,英国政府进行了区块链试点,利用区块链技术用于政府的资金、福利注册和分发过程,区块链作为一种分布式账本,能为英国就业和退休保障部创造一个比银行账户更可靠的安全分发点。它可以确认公众个人的数字身份,使其直接收到来自政府部门的福利金,这不仅可以降低转账过程中发生在银行或当地权力机构上的费用,而且可以减少欺诈和人为错误的发生概率。英国就业和养老金部门成为英国首个带头测试用区块链来发放福利的机构。

In January 2016, the British Government Science Office released a report, Distributed Account Technologies: Beyond Block Chains, which revealed that the UK has upgraded block-chain government to national strategic heights. In June, the British government piloted block-chains, using block-chain technologies for government funding, welfare registration and distribution processes, to create a more secure distribution point for the UK Department of Employment and Retirement Security as a distributed source. It can confirm the digital identity of individual members of the public and make them receive benefits directly from government agencies, not only by reducing the cost of transfers to banks or local authorities, but also by reducing the probability of fraud and human error.

区块链技术神秘莫测,将许多繁杂的事情变得高效简单。目前,我国在区块链应用上遍地开花,但大多是停留在表层,还有很多值得我们去探索与研究。未来这两三年,预计区块链技术将以“火箭式”速度走向成熟。
