通过充值和提现，你可以完成数字货币在CoinEx账户与各类钱包或平台之间的流通和转移。

一、如何充值？

1、通过浏览器访问CoinEx官网（http://www.coinex.com），成功登录后，在右上角【资产】下拉菜单中，点击【充值】；

2、以充值USDT-TRC20为例：

（1）选择币种【USDT】；

（2）选择公链【TRC20】；

（3）通过「复制地址」或「识别二维码」，将充值地址填写至提现平台的提现地址栏，在提现平台发起提现申请；

（4）提现成功后，等待USDT充值入账至你的CoinEx账户。

3、充值入账后，可前往【现货账户】查看入账资产。

充值注意事项：

1、充值标签币时（如EOS、XLM、LUNA等），需要同时填入充值地址和标签（Memo/Tag等），遗漏标签或未填写正确标签的充值将无法正常入账。

3、CoinEx同时设有入账及可提现确认数限制，未达到入账确认数或可提现确认数的充值，将无法入账或提现，充值前请仔细阅读充值页面右侧的注意事项。

二、如何提现？

1、通过浏览器访问CoinEx官网（http://www.coinex.com），成功登录后，在右上角【资产】下拉菜单中，点击【提现】；

2、以普通转账提现USDT-TRC20为例：

（1）选择币种【USDT】；

（2）选择转账方式【普通转账】；

（3）选择公链【TRC20】；

（4）输入正确的提现地址；

（5）输入实际到账数量（注：实际到账数量=实际到账数量-提现手续费）；

（6）确认无误后点击【提现】。

3、根据2FA绑定情况，获取并输入「短信 / TOTP验证码」或使用「通行密钥」进行验证。

4、验证通过后，将跳转到【提现详情】页面，同时系统会向账户绑定邮箱发送【提现确认邮件】，若未收到邮件，可在提现详情页面点击【重发邮件】重新获取。

请在提现详情页面仔细核对【提现地址】、【公链类型】以及【实际到账数量】，确认无误后在提现确认邮件内点击【去确认】。

（1）为保障账户安全，提现确认邮件30分钟内有效。

（2）若在发起提现后24小时内未点击确认邮件，这笔提现将被自动撤消，且不会扣除你的账户余额。

（3）若提现非本人操作，请立即修改登录密码并提交工单联系CoinEx客服。

5、邮件确认后将跳转至【提现确认】页面，再次确认提现信息无误后点击【通过】即可成功发起提现。

6、你可以在【提现历史】页面查看提现状态，提现成功汇出后将实时发送邮件通知，请及时到收款平台查看入账情况。

注：如在发起提现后24小时内未手动确认提现邮件，这笔提现将被自动撤销，且不会扣除你的账户余额。

提现注意事项：
