At a time when the global stock market was raised by the United Kingdom’s European and United States Federal Reserve & & & & rdquo; & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & &, Bitcoin was again & & & & & & & & & again at this time. On 12 and 13 June, Bitcoin prices rose sharply, weighing not only 4,000 won, and reaching the highest level since June 2014.
At the end of May, the price of Bitcoin rose sharply, from about $2950 to around $3800 in three days from 27 to 29 May, an increase of more than 25%. On 12 of this month, data from the national Bitcoin trading platform, showed that Bitcoin prices suddenly increased by 13%, from $3880 to $4,400 all the way. By 13, the price of the Bitcoin was once over $4,800, or more than 6%. At the same time, Bitcoin’s dollar price was over $680.
The Bitcoinews previously argued that the increase in bitconews was driven mainly by Chinese market demand caused by the recent devaluation of the renminbi. Zarohedge, a prominent financial blogger, argued that Chinese buyers had re-emerged a bitcoup, that the price of bitcoins was consistently higher than that of overseas markets, indicating that Chinese buyers of bitcoin were in high demand, and that excess liquidity had led China to a 5% premium on bitcoin than foreign prices. Moreover, two Chinese currency platforms, the Bitcoin network, and the OKcoin deal, accounted for more than 90% of the world’s transactions.
Zerohedge argues that perhaps the market will witness the arrival of Bitcoin's second & ldquao; foam & rdquao; and that in 2013 the price of bitcoin was once more than $1,100.
Bitcoin has come back for different reasons. At the macro level, bitcoin is not the same as it was in the past. With widespread global recognition of the block chain technology behind bitcoin in recent years, countries have legislated on bitcoin, objectively spreading bitcoin to larger groups, creating a better social environment for bitcoin’s development.
Wall Street had anticipated that central banks would consider including bitcoins in reserve currencies in the future, so that the value of bitcoins would jump from at least $1,000. However, Marc Chandler, Vice-President of Brown Brothers Harriman Bank, argued that bitcoins, such as P2Ps, had been weak since last September, and that large numbers of investors and money needed new investment exports, had become new tenders. However, if there was no more comprehensive understanding of digital currencies, they could not be classified as real money, and the risk of accepting bitcoins was still very limited.
Whether Bitcoin was born as a great Internet financial experiment or as a far-fetched Ponzi scheme, Bitcoin has become the world’s most interesting virtual currency. Looking back, in 2013, Bitcoin was windy, with prices once exceeding gold, and more than $1,100, but in 2014, there was a sharp fall of more than 70%, followed by a sharp reversal of negative news. In 2016, the market discussed the sharp drop in Bitcoin’s heat, and only recently did Bitcoin reboot.
