比特币价格反弹：重回4600美元高位 累计回涨43%
【TechWeb报道】10月9日消息，据外媒报道，比特币价格在今天上午报4623.56美元，涨幅0.58%，时隔约一个月重返4600美元。国内方面，okcoin显示的最新成交价为29422元人民币，比特币价格重回高点。
On 9 October [TechWeb Report], the foreign media reported that Bitcoin prices were reported this morning at $4623.56, an increase of 0.58%, returning approximately $4,600 a month later. On the domestic front, Okcoin's latest offer was RMB 29422, with Bitcoin prices back higher.
今年8月17日，受全球政策利好消息影响，全球比特币价格再创新高。来自比特币交易平台火币网当日行情显示，国内比特币价格当日已突破3万元。8月份比特币屡次刷新历史最高价，17天内涨幅已达58%。

9月4日，中国人民银行等七部委发布关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告。公告中提到，近期，国内通过发行代币形式包括首次代币发行（ICO）进行融资的活动大量涌现，投机炒作盛行，涉嫌从事非法金融活动，严重扰乱了经济金融秩序。正式叫停非法代币发行融资活动。
On 4 September, seven ministries and departments, including the People's Bank of China, issued a communiqué on the prevention of the risk of financing the issuance of tokens. The announcement states that, in recent times, domestic financing through the issuance of tokens, including the first issue of coins (ICOs), has emerged, and speculation is rampant, suspected of engaging in illegal financial activities, seriously disrupting the economic and financial order.
由于监管政策越发严格，比特币9月份价格暴跌，比特币价格曾在15个交易日内累计跌去超过三成。不过从近日的市场表现来看，比特币价格正在开始反弹，自9月14日触及阶段低位以来，累计反弹幅度已经达到43%。
