非法期货还是金融诈骗？

有律师表示，OKEx平台上的合约交易涉及了杠杆交易、周月季度交割、保证金、强制平仓等规则，其实就是一种变相的期货交易。

投资者群里大家的意见不一，有人希望通过法律手段获得赔偿、有人希望私了。
