At the beginning of this month, seven ministries and departments, such as the People’s Bank of China, issued a bulletin on the prevention of the risk of financing the issuance of tokens. In keeping with the spirit of the Circular of the People's Bank of China, issued on 4 September by seven ministries, including the People's Bank of China, on the prevention of the risk of the release of funds, and in response to State supervision, Bitcoin will close the digital assets and people's platinum function on 27 September at 12 noon Beijing time, and will cease all trading operations on 30 September at 12 noon.

今年8月30日，国内ICO平台ICOINFO宣布主动暂停一切ICO业务，待相关部门监管政策出台后，按照政策规范开展业务。ICOINFO高管老猫此前接受媒体采访时表示，暂停ICO业务不是收到命令，而是主动迎接监管。ICOINFO暂停业务事件是8月下旬以来监管层“强表态”影响下的第一例。早前的8月16日，在由中国区块链应用研究中心主办的区块链闭门恳谈会上，北京市金融局党组书记、局长霍学文直言ICO应该纳入监管。"凡是'管别人钱的活动'都应纳入监管，ICO也应该纳入监管。"
On 30 August this year, the ICO platform ICOINFO announced its initiative to suspend all ICO operations until the relevant sectoral regulatory policy was put in place. In an earlier interview with the media, ICOINFO executive cat stated that the suspension of ICO operations was not ordered, but was a proactive response to regulation. On the afternoon of 4 September, the People’s Bank of China announced on its website that there had recently been a surge in domestic financing in the form of currency issuances, including the first one, and that speculation, suspected of illegal financial activity, had seriously disrupted the economic and financial order.
中国人民银行、中央网信办、工业和信息化部、工商总局、银监会、证监会、保监会等七部委发布公告，要求从此公告发布之日起，各类代币发行融资活动应当立即停止。已完成代币发行融资的组织和个人应当做出清退等安排，合理保护投资者权益，妥善处置风险。
Seven ministries and departments, such as the People’s Bank of China, the Central Network Information Agency, the Ministry of Industry and Informatics, the General Directorate of Commerce and Industry, the Banking Supervisory Board, the CVM, the Insurance Supervisory Board, etc., have issued circulars demanding that the financing of various forms of money issuance should cease immediately as from the date of the announcement. 3、9月8日 监管层强制关停 中国告别比特币交易所

继重拳出击ICO之后，监管层又对准了比特币交易平台。 9月8日晚间，腾讯财经从接近监管层和地方金融局不同信源处获悉，监管层目前已决定关停注册在国内的所有比特币交易所。

9月2日午间火币网发布公告称，由于近期数字资产价格波动较大，为了抑制交易过热和投机行为，火币网定于9月2日12:30起将全站交易手续费统一调整为0.2%，即ETH，ETC交易手续费由0.1%调整至0.2%，其他交易品种手续费率维持0.2%不变。

如今，关停消息已经基本做实，未来在中国境内不能存在所谓的虚拟货币和法币之间的交易平台，但并非针对比特币这个虚拟货币本身。

8、多家比特币平台宣布关闭交易

9月15日，国内数字货币交易网站火币网和OKCoin币行分别公告称，将在10月31日前依次逐步停止所有数字资产兑人民币的业务，但公告中明确“仅停止人民币交易业务，其余业务不受影响”，而一天之后，两家公司又同时修改上述公告，删去这句话，改成了“本次火币网（OKCoin币行）将停止所有虚拟货币交易业务”。
