深圳宝安区的限行区域内是限行的，外地小车在福永和沙井的部分路段也是限行的。

（一）深圳市内高速公路：S3广深沿江高速、G4广深高速、G15机荷高速、S33南光高速、S31龙大高速、G94梅观高速、S29清平高速、G4E盐排高速、S28水官高速、G4E博深高速、S30惠深沿海高速、G15深汕高速、G25长深高速、S86外环高速、东部过境高速。
(i) In Shenzhen city highway: S3 is wide and deep along the river highway, G4 is wide, G15 is high, S33 is high, S31 is high, G94 is high, S29 is flat, G4E is high, S28 is high, G4E is deep, S30 is high, G15 is deep and G25 is high, S86 is high and transit is high in the east.
（二）深圳湾口岸：S3广深沿江高速、东滨隧道、东滨路、沙河西路。
(ii) Shenzhen Bay Crossing: S3 is wide and deep along the river highway, the east coast tunnel, the east coast road and the west side of the Sha River road.
（三）皇岗口岸：G4广深高速、皇岗路（皇岗口岸段）、百合路、同庆路、福田南路（皇岗口岸段）。
(iii) The Royal Port: the G4 is wide and deep, the Royal Road (the Royal Port Section), the Lily Road, the Hokyeong Road and the South Fukuda Road (the Royal Port Section).
（四）福田口岸：G4广深高速、桂花路、国花路、裕亨路。
(iv) Fukuda Crossing: G4 has a wide and deep highway, Guihua Road, Kuohua Road, Xugen Road.
（五）罗湖口岸：S29清平高速、玉平大道、泥岗路（红岭立交至洪湖立交段）、洪湖西路、人民公园路、和平路、沿河南路辅道东行方向（人民南路至文锦南路段）。
(v) Lake Lok Crossing: S29 Clear Highway, Yuping Avenue, Mudh Road (Red Ridge to Lake Hung at the border), Hung Lake West Road, People's Park Road, Peace Road, East Passway along the South River Road (People's South Road to Wen Jinnan section).
（六）文锦渡口岸：S29清平高速、玉平大道、泥岗路（红岭立交至洪湖立交段）、文锦北路、文锦中路、文锦南路。
(vi) Wen Jing Crossing: S29 Clear Highway, Yuping Avenue, Mudh Road (Red Ridge to Lake Hong), Wen Jin North Road, Wen Jin Midway and Wen Jin Nan Road.
（七）沙头角口岸：S30惠深沿海高速、G4E盐排高速、深盐路、沙盐路、沙深路。
(vii) Sandhead Point Crossing: S30 deep coastal high-speed, G4E salt high-speed, deep salt road, sand salt road, deep sand road.
（八）莲塘口岸：G25长深高速、东部过境高速。
(viii) Lotus Pond: G25 long, deep high speed, and transit through the east high speed.
（九）深圳机场：G4广深高速、G15机荷高速、机场南路、领航高架、空港八道。
(ix) Shenzhen airport: G4 wide and deep highway, G15 high speed, airport south road, pilot high rack, airport eight.
不受上述限行措施限制车辆

（一）执行任务的军车、警车、消防车、救护车、工程救险车。
(i) Military vehicles, police vehicles, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles on mission.
（二）持道路运输证件的客运车辆（不含租赁小汽车）及中型以上客运车辆。
(ii) Passenger vehicles with road transport documents (excluding leased cars) and passenger vehicles with medium or higher.
（三）香港号牌（含香港内地牌和内地香港牌）、使领馆号牌车辆。
(iii) Vehicles with Hong Kong licence plates (including Hong Kong internal and Mainland Hong Kong licence plates), embassy and consulate plates.
外地车有事需要进入深圳怎么办？
What if we need to get into Shenzhen?
对非本市核发机动车号牌载客汽车因全国、全省性大型会议、展会等活动需要在禁行时间、禁行道路通行的，应当提前到市交警部门办理机动车辆临时通行证，经批准方可按规定通行。
Temporary motor vehicle passes should be issued to the municipal traffic police in advance of the issuance of motor vehicle licence plates to enable authorized passage to take place in accordance with the regulations, in the event that activities such as national and provincial conferences, exhibitions, etc. require a ban on movement by road.
违反限行规定怎么办？

非本市核发机动车号牌载客汽车前两次在本通告禁行区域内违反禁行规定的，不予处罚，自第三次违反禁行规定起进行罚款处罚。
