On 6 May 2021, Yunnan Heung-Bing Science and Technology Ltd. (Technology and Technology Ltd.) succeeded in winning the “Project for the Construction of the Block Chain Platform in Yunnan Province” (phase 1).

云南省区块链平台将采用“企业建设、政府监管、全局应用”的方式进行建设，并以应用为切入点，按照“1+2+5+N”（一个基础平台，面向政府提供监管服务的监管平台、面向企业提供区块链技术服务业的服务平台，云南“十大名品溯源”、“工业大麻监管”、“电子票据”、“电子病历”、“住房维修资金监管”等5个核心应用场景，N个应用场景）的技术架构，面向政府和企业提供区块链技术支撑。
