以太坊开发团队宣布将推出名为Hole?ky 的新测试网。Hole?ky 将取代 Goerli，成为质押、基础设施和协议开发者测试网。为了在今年年底之前取代 Goerli，以太坊团队提议不迟于 9 月份推出 Hole?ky，创世活动初步定于 GMT 时间 2023 年 9 月 15 日 14:00。

Horizen 将弃用主链屏蔽池，ZEN 将不再被视为隐私币

Horizen announced that the community had recently approved ZenIP 42204， that it would abandon the Horizen main chain shield & #xff0c; that all privacy functions after abandonment would be removed from the Horizen main chain at the consensus level & #xff0c; and that, after this change, ZEN would no longer be the privacy currency. Horizen stated that the abandonment was intended to ensure that Horizen used privacy technology in the correct and sustainable manner xff0c; and to mitigate regulatory threats. Horizen stated that the current regulatory environment posed a challenge to the accessibility and use of privacy encrypted currencies.
