大盘早间来了一波突然拉升的插针操作，尝试突破此前的震荡区间7600-7800美金，表面看是多空双爆行为，其实是主力在测试7800-8000美金的抛压情况和市场反应。既然能往上插针，代表空间打开了，多头量能的配合下，日内行情有了冲击7800-8000美金区间的可能。

不知不觉，我来美国加州跑车已经有六七年了，拿的是商业驾证，月薪大概8000美金左右，我一个月大概跑4趟，工资是按照一趟一结算的，跑一趟收入大概是1800-2200美刀左右。

刚到加州，我的驾驶证可以直接在本地开小车，在这边开车你不需要拿到绿卡，拿到工卡就行。

When I got to California, my driver's license would drive a car directly there. You don't need a green card. Just get a work card.

美国驾驶证也不分A1、A2，一共有两个证，一个是普通驾驶证，一个是商业驾证，普通驾驶证是开小车用的，商业驾驶证才能开大车；大概在我拿到工卡2个月后，我就开始考商业驾驶证了。

The U.S. driver's license is not divided into A1, A2, and there are two licences, one for a common driver's licence, and one for a commercial driver's license, which is used for small cars, in order to drive a large car; and I started applying for a commercial driver's license about two months after I had the permit.

说到驾照，我不得不提醒一下国内想来美国开车的兄弟，国内有不少黑心的中介机构会给一些司机弄一张B1/B2的旅游商务签证，要是你想在美国长期开车，这个签证就是一张废纸。

Speaking of driving licences, I have to remind my domestic brothers who want to drive to the United States that there are a lot of dark intermediaries in the country that will get a B1/B2 tourist business visa for some drivers, and if you want to drive long hours in the United States, it's a piece of paper.

因为在美国境内，B1/B2的旅游签证只允许你租车使用，而且很多州还不允许使用。

Because within the United States, B1/B2 travel visas are only available to you for rental of vehicles, and many states are not allowed to use them.

这里我顺便提一下“国际驾照”，国内有很多司机以为考了国际驾照就可以去欧洲和或者美国开卡车，其实这种想法是错误的，因为在中国不存在“国际驾照”这种东西。

I mention here, by the way, “international driver's license”, which many drivers in the country think they can go to Europe and to the United States to drive trucks because there is no such thing as an international driver's licence in China.

国际驾照是全国包括英、法、日、美等180多个国家和地区共同签署了《联合国道路交通公约》而产生的，但国际驾照并不是一张驾驶证，而是一张证明。

International driving licences are the result of the signing of the United Nations Convention on Road Traffic by more than 180 countries and territories, including the United Kingdom, France, Japan and the United States, but they are not a driving permit, but a certificate.

这个证明的内容其实就是将你的驾照翻译成了他国的语言，你去其他协议国家的时候，政府机构会颁发这张驾驶证明给你，中国不在这180多个国家之内，所以中国的政府是无法给你出具这份证明的。

The content of this certificate is to translate your driver's license into another country's language. When you go to another country, government agencies will issue you this driver's certificate. China is not in these 180 countries, so the Chinese Government is not in a position to provide you with this certificate.

因此凡是中国的司机都不可能持有这张“国际驾照”，要是有人说可以给你弄国际驾照，其实就是把你的驾照给翻译了一下，千万不要被忽悠了。

So it is impossible for any Chinese driver to hold an “international driver's license” and if someone says you can get an international driver's licence, it's a translation of your driver's license, so don't be fooled.

我来美国的时间早，驾照政策相对松一些，到了美国之后我就将我的驾照给翻译了过来，然后在拿到工卡三个月后，我就通过了加州的理论考试，驾照也就变成了长期的。

I came to the United States early, and the driver's license policy was relatively loose, and I translated my driver's license when I arrived in the United States, and then, three months after I got my work card, I passed California's theoretical exam, and the driver's license became permanent.

在这边跑车，跑短途一个月大概是5000美刀，如果自己有车的话，辛苦一点，10000美刀也是有的。

It's about $5,000 a month to run a car here, and if you have a car, it's $10,000 if you have a car.

美国这边大头卡车比较多，舒适性高，安全性能也比国内的扁头卡车高一些，大概是因为这边的地形和国内不太一样，这边的路况比较平坦开阔一些，国内的路况较为复杂，曲曲折折的。

The larger, more comfortable and more secure trucks on the American side than on the domestic front, probably because the terrain is not the same as in the country, where the roads are more flat and more complicated and inflexible.

如果国内跑车用大头卡车的话，转弯的时候不如扁头卡车转弯方便。

If the country's running car were to be used in a large truck, it would be less convenient to turn a flat-headed truck.

在这边开车，我觉得主要有三个好处：

I think there are three main advantages to driving here:

● 一是这边的油价很便宜

• One is that the price of oil here is cheap

我举个例子，这边的87号石油每加仑的价格是3.3-3.8美元，一加仑是3.7854升，那么一升的价格大概就是0.8-1.1美元。

For example, the price per gallon for oil 87 here is $3.3-3.8 and the price per gallon is 3.7854 litres, so the price per gallon is probably 0.8-1.1 dollars.

换算成人民币的话，油价和国内97号油的价格差不多，大概六七块钱一升。美国这边的最低工资标准一个月也有3000-4000美元，按照国内的工资标准来算的话，油价大概是1块钱一升了，大家觉得便宜不？

The price of oil is similar to the price of domestic oil No. 97, about $6.7 a litre. The minimum wage in the United States is $3000-4000 a month.

● 第二个好处是物价很便宜，生活成本低，幸福指数比较高

• The second advantage is that prices are cheap, cost-of-living and happiness indices are higher

大家都知道，在国内买辆卡车大概要四五十万，可能要花一个普通司机两三年的工资，在美国这边，大概我半年的工资就能买一辆卡车了。一个别墅租下来的话，一个月也就700-800美金，如果不租别墅，那价格就更低了，大概只要200-400美金左右。

As you know, buying a truck in the country would cost $4.5 million, possibly two or three years for a regular driver, and on this side of the United States, I could buy a truck for about six months. If a villa is rented, it would cost $700-800 a month, and if a villa is not rented, the price would be lower, about $200-400.

这边的牛肉一磅（0.91斤）是2~4美金，猪肉是2-3美金，10斤土豆大概也就2美元，我很少吃西餐，所以基本都是自己做饭，就算跑长途，我也可以在车上做饭。

One pound of beef here (0.91 pounds) is two to four dollars, pork is two to three dollars, and 10 pounds of potatoes is about two dollars. I don't eat much Western food, so it's mostly my own cooking, and I can cook in the car even if it's a long run.

我的车里装有小型冰箱，平时会买一些食材放里面，车里也配备了电磁炉、微波炉、烧水炉子之类的，车上的生活区和驾驶室是分开的，空调也装了两个。一个月吃饭我大概能花到300~400美金，每个月我大概能存下6000多美金。

My car has small refrigerators, and I usually buy some food in it, and I have electromagnetic stoves, microwaves, water stoves, and so on. The car's living area is separate from the cab, and the air conditioning is two. I can spend about $300-400 a month, and I can save about $6,000 a month.

● 第三个好处是没有交警罚款，没有油耗子，很少有收费站，也不存在超载问题

• The third advantage is that there are no traffic police fines, no oil rats, few toll stations and no overload problems

美国的路况没有国内那么复杂，比较开阔一些，我在美国这边开车，很少被罚款，街上也不像国内有很多摄像头，这边监控都是用的卫星，加州这边的警察挺懒的，一般出事故才会处罚。

The road conditions in the United States are not as complicated and open as in the United States. I'm driving on the United States side, rarely fined, and there's a lot of cameras on the streets. Surveillance here is a satellite. The California police are lazy.

普通的违规（压线、超速、随意掉头）都不会管，闯红灯如果被现场逮着了就会管，没被逮着就不会管，不过也没有什么人闯红灯。

Ordinary violations (wiring, speeding, turning around at will) do not matter. If you get caught at the scene, you get caught, you don't get caught, but there is no one who goes through the light.

美国人很遵守规则，我有一次开车赶时间就插队了，就被好几个美国人狠狠说了一顿，如果你在这边不遵守秩序和规则，就会有不少“管闲事”的美国人来说你的。

The Americans obeyed the rules, and when I was in a rush, I was told by several Americans that if you didn't respect the rules and order, there would be a lot of Americans who “intruded” about you.

另外这边也没有油耗子之类的，我从来不用担心自己开的卡车被偷油，收费站这边也很少，一般都是新建的大桥收费，过路费大概都是5美元左右，也很便宜，公路99%都是不收费的。

There are no oil rats on this side, and I never had to worry about my own trucks being stolen, and there are very few tolls at the toll stations, usually on newly built bridges, around $5 per trip, cheap roads, 99 per cent of which are free of charge.

美国人对超载抓的很严，对于卡车每个轴的限重都有非常严格的规定，一旦超载，不但司机要被处罚，公司也一样会被严惩，所以在美国，你几乎看不到卡车超载。

The U.S. are very strict with regard to overloading, very strict with regard to the weight limits of each axle of trucks. Once overloaded, not only the driver will be punished, but the company will also be severely punished, so in the U.S. you can hardly see the truck overloading.

不过在美国开车也有不少坏处

But there's a lot of bad news about driving in America.

比如美国人开车都比较猛，路面标识限速50迈（相当于国内80km/h）的路面，他们能开到70迈，就算是在车流量大的地方，他们开车也会超速，上公路就开得更快了，能开到90迈以上。

For example, the Americans drive faster, with a 50-mile mark (equivalent to 80 km/h in the country), they can drive 70 miles, even where traffic is high, they can drive faster, they can drive faster on the road, and they can drive more than 90 miles.

我开车也经常超速，一般只敢连续超速15分钟以下，如果持续开车超速>15分钟就会被严厉处罚，还会被警察追车，我就有两次被警察追过车，被狠狠处罚了。

另外美国人是允许持枪的，在这边开车的话，人身安全的风险系数还是挺大的，不过我跑长途时不怎么带枪，因为有些州是不允许带的，美国人的脾气有些暴躁，我很少和他们起冲突。

而且在这边跑车的时候，很多时候基本都是我一个人开车，工作强度其实挺大的，我每天工作时间大概是8-14个小时，每8个小时之内我都会固定休息30分钟，否则就会被高额处罚。

And when I'm driving around here, it's mostly me driving alone for a lot of times, and I'm working about 8-14 hours a day, and I get 30 minutes of rest every eight hours, otherwise I get a high penalty.
