I've only recently learned about the block chain, which was fresh at first and attracted by the new term "bitcoin" and "mining" of science and technology finance, so I started searching for information from the Internet to satisfy my needs. Until one day someone asked me what a block chain was, I was a little dumb, and I didn't know how to answer to a non-computer professional. I began to ask myself what the chain was. The next story tells you.
The story of the village elders. A third loan to Lee for $4,300 a day, but he was afraid that he would not pay back, he came to the village elders and asked the king to testify and record it on his books. Zhang loaned to Lee for $4,300, the village elders were highly respected and credible, and everybody came to see the old king's books.
One day the old king went to town and handed the bookkeeping over to his son, who was greedy and put 300 pieces of Lee's money in his own account. After a few days Li came to the village chief's theory when he found out he had less money.
Since then, the old king's prestige in the village has declined, and one way to do that is to lend Li $4,300 to a single account book, then Zhang San shouts in the village: Zhang San lends $4,300 to Lee. Then everyone takes out the account book: Zhang San lends $4,300 to Lee.
At that time, the village built up a decentralised system that did not require endorsement by people of high moral standing, no relationship of trust, no fear of theft of the mayor's books, no fear of forgery by the village chief's son, etc.
When everyone in the distributional structure keeps accounts, it is not possible to tamper with the books. For example, Li borrowed $3,300, and Li suddenly refused: I did not lend you money. At this point, the people stood up. No, my books record that you borrowed 300 dollars from a certain month of the year, and there was no record of your repayment.
Speaking of which, I'm sure you should know what the chain of blocks is. In fact, the chain of blocks is the history of humans, and technology gives us the most recent choice. It's essentially a decentralised distributed book. The next video helps you understand better what the chain of blocks is.
